Quality & Documentation
Specified. Tested.
Documented.
Quality in commodity trade isn't a slogan — it's a paper trail. Here is exactly how a Tazah consignment is controlled from field to container, and the documents that arrive with it.
From Field to Container
Selection at Origin
We buy from grower networks we know in central Punjab — lots are assessed standing in the field and at the farm gate, before they enter the supply chain.
Testing & Grading
Every lot is tested for moisture, purity and admixture against the buyer's specification. Lots that don't meet spec don't ship — they're regraded or rejected.
Drying & Storage
Lots are dried on supervised yards to export moisture — 14% or the buyer's specification — then held in covered, fumigated godowns at origin until milling or shipment.
Cleaning & Bagging
Machine cleaning, screening and bagging under documented protocols, with sortex cleaning available where near-zero admixture is required.
Fumigation & Inspection
Consignments are fumigated to destination-market standards and inspected pre-shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS or equivalent) arranged on request.
